Information used

For an authorized YouTube connection, Arnclip uses OAuth credentials, the channel ID and handle, video identifiers, upload and processing status, and publication records. Its workflow also stores authorized source footage, rendered clips, approval decisions, and the titles and descriptions selected for publication.

Purpose and sharing

This information supports channel verification, human-reviewed publishing, error recovery, and avoiding duplicate uploads. Approved video files and publication metadata are sent to YouTube when publishing is enabled. Google credentials are stored in Doppler for access by the application runtime; operational data and media are stored on the operator’s servers with encrypted backups. The public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information to deliver and protect it.

When the owner runs AI-assisted clip preparation, source transcripts, campaign requirements, edit plans, proposed publication copy, and source titles or URLs may be sent through OpenRouter to selected model providers for processing. Requests require providers configured to deny data collection. This processing is separate from the YouTube account authorization flow.

Arnclip does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models. Source-footage processing is separate from the Google authorization grant.

Control, retention, and deletion

You can revoke Google access in your Google account’s permissions. Revoking access prevents future authorized API access but does not itself remove videos already uploaded to YouTube. Manage those videos in YouTube Studio.

Contact the operator to request deletion of stored credentials and associated account records. Requests require manual handling. Encrypted backup copies may remain until snapshots are removed through backup retention; the current policy retains seven daily, four weekly, and three monthly snapshots. No public self-service deletion interface is currently provided. Operational records are retained for workflow recovery and publication reconciliation; retention and deletion must also follow applicable YouTube API requirements.

Website and service policies

This static website adds no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or signup forms. Hosting infrastructure may process request logs. Arnclip uses YouTube API Services and the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s processing. Arnclip’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
